 With experience in both residential and commercial design, Chris Bakutis has over a decade worth of knowledge and creative skills in the area of design and consulting. Dozens of examples of his work can be seen around the Chicagoland area. Notable commercial projects include involvement in the production of construction documents for the Residence Inn by Marriott, Caribou Coffee, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, and Togo’s. He also assisted in the designing of Aunt Martha’s Youth Services, Wine Cryer on Rush Street, the Homer Glen Building Department, the downtown Park Forest redevelopment, Kurt’s Memorial, and Suzy’s Hallmark Building in downtown Homewood to name a few. He also has experience in residential housing, transforming a multitude of family residences into literal dream homes with his eye for detail and committed work ethic. |
