1.
Twelve Smith Street
Twelve Smith Street will be a beautiful addition
to the downtown Frankfort historical area. While the office building
will have all current modern amenities, its ornate Victorian design
will suggest a 1900’s era construction to match the rest of
the town flawlessly. We are eager to see the completion of this project
and its role in the community of Frankfort. |

2. Atherton
Industries
Atherton Industries is currently updating 1950’s and
1960’s era homes in the south suburbs, including in Tinley
Park’s Parkside neighborhood. These homes are being remodeled
to include the standard modern amenities of new construction while
utilizing traditional design elements. Atherton Industries has embarked
on an exciting journey to give these areas a much needed facelift.
An example of such construction would be the conversion of a 1200 square
foot ranch with a full basement to a 2845 square foot home with three bedrooms
and three and a half baths. This process not only enhanced the curb appeal
of this home, but more than doubled the square footage and in doing so,
increased the value of the home considerably. Needless to say these results
were extremely satisfying for the homeowners. |

3. Palos Park Residence
Design in its early stages is exemplified in the construction drawings
of the future Palos Park residence. At this point, they can look forward
to a fully constructed, finished space they can call home. Located on Winslow
Road in Palos Park, this custom family home will have 4500 square feet,
a roomy five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a full walk out basement.
The many attributes requested by the Sundermeier’s were precisely
incorporated into the design creating the perfect future home for the family. |
